My little baby turned 11 months this week and has turned into quite the little climber. He even figured out how to make it to the top bunk by himself. We have since moved the ladder so he is not tempted. That boy… 🙂 This week was full of school Christmas parties, too many cookies and candy and also RUNNING!
What a week! My goal on the outset of the week was to get in at least 45 miles. I needed a high mileage week for my marathon training. I know this may not sound like a lot to seasoned runners who crank out 60+ miles like it’s nothing but I am trying hard not to get caught up comparing
One of the hardest things about returning to running after a stress fracture is finding the right balance of rest and running. Right now, the magic number seems to be 4. My body seems to be able to handle running 4 days a week. I would like to be able to move on to 5 soon (and maybe someday 6)
