Congratulations on your new little one! My biggest advice to new moms wanting to get back into running is to take it one day at a time. You cannot rush the comeback process. Enjoy your new little one and don’t feel bad about what you can’t do. When you are ready to start working towards getting your fitness do what you can do. As tempting as it may be, try not to compare yourself to other moms and what they are doing.
