Coaching Information
I started coaching runners in 2014. In my experience there tends to be more accountability with a coach. I’ve coached women of all ages from college-age through mid-60’s of all different levels and abilities. The rate is $100 per month which includes weekly customized training plans, 24/7 phone, text, or email access. Training can be stopped at any time for any reason. You are never “locked in” for a certain number of months. All payment is done via paypal. If you are interested please email me at: arkansasrunnermom@gmail.com. * I only coach a limited number of runners.

“I have absolutely loved having Tia for a coach! It is so great to get an email every week with my workouts in it. I don’t have to worry about if I’m doing enough or too much. I love being challenged in ways that I never would if I were running without her guidance. She keeps me on track (pun intended) and working hard!” – Rebecca Heckler

“I have enjoyed reading Tia’s blog for a long time. When she started to offer coaching services, it coincided with me deciding I wanted to run another marathon. I worked with her through most of 2014 and was able to PR in every distance. Tia has been very motivating, caring, and accessible. her training plans are challenging but rewarding. I would certainly recommend Tia to anyone looking to meet a big running goal or anyone looking to take your running to another level.” – Lucinda Bishop

“Since I’ve started working with Tia I’ve had nothing but great results. She has been such a blessing to me. All the victories I’ve had over the past year I owe to her. She is an amazing coach and she truly cares about her athletes and wants nothing but the very best for them. I can’t wait to see what the future holds and to continue working with her.”

“If your goal is to improve your running let me put in a quick plug for my running coach Tia Stone. I have been with her since September and so far she has pulled me through 3 half marathons, a 15K and is making me tow the line to get ready for Austin Marathon in February. She understands weaving in personal goals while raising a family (has 4 young kids herself) and is a sub 3 hour marathoner. She’s an amazing runner and coach at a reasonable price.”
