So today’s run was a 5 mile trail run with John and Anna. The big kids were at mom and dad’s so we thought we’d take advantage of having only one. The only problem was that it was after 10 by the time we were out on the trail. That is fine at other times of the year but this
Ran 3 1/2 with Meg and we pushed the double jogger with Anna and Lucy in it. It was 3:30 and pretty humid. Also did Body Pump this morning.
I have thought about doing this for a while but for whatever reason I have not got around to doing it. I would like to keep better track of my runs so maybe this will help. My current goal is to run about 25-30 miles a week. Obviously this will change when I start training for a specific race. I
