I think it’s pretty realistic to say that as runners we fall into one of these categories at all times: 1. Trying to prevent injury2. Recovering/ coming back after an injury3. Currently dealing with an injury If you claim to never deal with any of these phases then you are either not a regular runner or you are probably not
