Health Issues: Two weeks ago on Friday I went for a hot 10 mile run with one of my best running buddies. This morning I knew I needed to cross train so I decided to do another brick workout. I swam a mile (took about thirty-four minutes) and then immediately headed to the gym to ride a bike.
