Greetings from a non-running Runner

When I first heard the term “brick” workout it was last summer when reading about someone who was training for an IronMan. Bricks refer to training on two disciplines during the same workout, one after the other with minimal or no interruption in between.  (Swimming and biking, biking and running, etc.)  Obviously I am not training for a triathlon but
