My baby is 3 weeks old today. I am feeling MUCH better and I know I am recovering and healing the way I should. I have one more week until I start exercising again. I am enjoying this time off but running has always been such a part of my life I truly miss it. I am ready to lose some weight, have more energy, and just feel good about my health again. So much of running is mental for me and I just like the way I feel after a good run.
Boston is just out there and I hope I can do it. It’s less than 11 weeks away!!So basically my training program is for 10 weeks. Can I train for a marathon in 10 weeks? Is this even a realistic goal??? There’s only one way to find out.
