This past weekend we went bowling with some friends. We’re not very good but we had a great time!As a runner it is definitely necessary to take 1 or 2 days off a week. I pushed myself in training pretty hard last week since I have a race this weekend so I am easing up a bit now. Today and tomorrow are rest days. I will run an easy 4 Thursday and take off again Friday. Over the past week…
