Yesterday I did 8 with the running class. Afterwards my legs were pretty tired so I put off doing Body Pump until today. I am not planning on running today since I am at almost 30 for the week. I am planning on going a few in the morning with Meg.
Marathon update… I recently realized that I will need to pace an 8 minute mile to hit 3:30. Yikes! I figure that if I need to be under 3:40 this gives me about 10 minutes just in case. I know that is fast but with the right training I think I have a shot. The marathon is still 6 months away so I know I have time to prepare. Guess that’s all for now!
