I decided to take a day off since I haven’t in almost 2 weeks. I did Body Pump this morning and we may go for a walk tonight but it will be nice to relax a little today. I just received my new training book, Marathon: The Ultimate Training Guide by Hal Higdon. I am looking forward to reading it. My friend who qualified for the Boston marathon this past year trained using his program. The book also has all kinds of tips and advice on everything related to running.
