I have thought about doing this for a while but for whatever reason I have not got around to doing it. I would like to keep better track of my runs so maybe this will help. My current goal is to run about 25-30 miles a week. Obviously this will change when I start training for a specific race. I hope to run a Half Marathon in October and a Full one in December, as well as a few 5k’s in the fall. So here goes…
Today… 8 mile run at 62 minutes.

Details: On a treadmill. It was raining pretty hard so I decided to take advantage of a timed atmosphere.
